Ann is Senior Director of New Ventures & Transactions for Infectious Disease and Vaccines (IDV) at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, London. In this role she sources and executes on the delivery of transformational, innovative solutions for healthcare in the IDV space.

Previously, Ann was the Senior Director, Business Development with UCB Pharma where she was responsible for licensing activities to access early stage science and technology to build the Immunology and CNS New Medicines pipelines. Ann was also the Director of Worldwide Business Development at GSK where she was responsible for supporting the Respiratory franchise by delivering novel programmes to complement the existing R&D portfolio; in this position she was also responsible for device licensing activities. Ann also has extensive experience in Preclinical Development and was involved in progressing many R&D programmes across multiple therapeutic sectors for SmithKline Beecham/GSK.
Ann studied for a Masters degree in Pharmacology at Southampton University and holds a PhD in Biochemical Toxicology from the University of Surrey
